Like most bassists I have a growing collection of gear
Basses
My main bass for Pop/Rock work is a Washburn XB500.
For Jazz and Big Band work I usually play a very cheap second hand Aria Pro II cardinal Series bass.It has very little guts, but has the lowest and fastest action I've ever played!
I also have a Fender acoustic 4 string, and a cheap Fleetwood fretless.
Amps
For rehearsals, and smaller gigs, I use a Fender Rumble 60, it has a great sound and is about as portable as you can get with a bass amp!
For big gigs I use a Line 6 Lowdown 400, it's an unbelieveable bit of kit and I have no idea how most of it works!
